I asked yesterday and I’m not risking anything I’d go with no hair if I had to lol 🙂 no moisturiser eithe u can’t eat or drink like 6 hours before just small sips of water if needs be , can’t take vitamins for week commensing , u can brush ur teeth 🙂 and no metal piercings if I have any take them out or use plastic bars 🙂 mins next Tuesday I can’t wait ! :)..)! Good luck oh and try eat as much vit c and fruit etc before o strengthen immune system :).. Iv been an I feel healthier 🙂

I got told to go as the day you were born… No moisturiser, no jewellery, they even check metal in your hairband (But tie your hair up) no fake tan/nails/lashes etc…. Mya should give you a bit of paper work at your pre op check?? It has all the dos and donts of pre and post op 🙂 x
