    Iv got my op on Wednesday and Im really struggling on what size sports bar to get 🙁 Im currently a 32c and having 345cc overs. I did order a 32e marks &Spencer zip up but its too tight :-\ any suggestions? Xx

    you should get up a back size as well as up cup sizes to allow for swelling, nurse should of advised you at pre op?? x

    Deffo go up a back size, and your prob spot on with an e, but get an f as well, just incase, I’m sure you will measure an f afterwards, but when swelling goes and at the start you will be smaller xx

    Them bras come up small go for one bigger size like a F cup ,Apart from that i found M&S zip up ones really good and now I’m 7 weeks post op ;0) xx
