Really worried, I’m going up to Leeds for a consultation next tues, was hoping just to have implants, but after talking to a couple of friends that have had them they reckon because my boobs are quite saggy ill have to ave an uplift, I’m pretty gutted because there’s no way I can afford to have it done, just managed to scrape he money together for implants, I’m praying that I can have it done, I’ve waited a long time for this.

Some girls opt for a bigger implant to bypass the need for an uplift, but the only person who will truly know what’s best for you is a surgeon xx

Yes that’s true, ill stay positive because my friends boobs were quite saggy and deflated and she had 525 unders and there great , really big although I’d probably go a bit smaller, thanks. X

i also have saggy boobs and i think i need a lift, my partner says i dont think he just been nice lol,i thort if you get a larger implant that mite do it i hope it does :/, is it true joannabella that having the larger implant will lift them ,i did also think that once the implants are in that the nipples would still be down south ha ,what do you think?? xx

It doesn’t fully lift them, but does give a look of them being lifted 🙂 it won’t stop the need of having an uplift later in life though xx

Hey I had these doubts. My surgeon told me no matter what size implants you get infill not lift your breast. If anything it will make them sag more. There is a scale they use to determine if you need a lift or not. I was just outside of this bit he told me with an implants I’d end up needing a lift in a few years. So I’m having a periareolar mestopexy. Basically a nipple lift with my implant. I’ve seen a few girls on hereno go for the uplift and be upset that their nipples face south. Obviously I haven’t seen your breasts so don’t know for sure but I’d hatefor you to go tthrough it all and not be happy. Hope your surgeon gives you answers hun xxx

With MYA i was quoted £6500 for uplift and implants but I went with Spire and paid £5832. I m very happy with my results and I desperately needed a lift!
