Hia I’m sure loads of people with pics will reply but I’m having my ba on Tuesday so il have pics then 🙂 I’m having 605 over soft touch natrelles which is the firmer range slightly more expensive but depends on what look u want and if your having over or under 🙂 under means under your boob muscle so will usually suit people with not much breast tissue or want natural over is on top of muscle like Victoria beckham had … 🙂 that’s usually for people with a lot of breast tissue I.e weight loss or had a baby.. All depends on body build as well one cup size = about 125-150 cc 🙂 but everyone is deffo if u look at some of the girls on here some end up with massive boobies with a smaller implant. 🙂 hope this helps a bit there’s two differences in implants the CUI which is squidgier and soft touch which is firmer but bit more pricey

Unders are placed partially under the first layer of muscle (full unders are usually only used in reconstructive or gender surgery), they are called unders for ease more then anything
Overs are placed between your skin and the muscle.
It’s a decision your surgeon makes based on you personally
Neither give a definite fake or natural look, as they both achieve each look easily on different girls. The healing time is generally quicker with overs as its less invasive surgery, and you tend to get the look of them quicker (it’s not always the case)
They both tend to measure up the same, but unders need the muscle to relax before the full size is formed. Overs have a slightly higher risk of complications, like bottoming out and CC, but it’s only a few percent more
    Hope this helps xx
