    I’m having a ba and nipple reductionnwith dr shiavone on the 8th feb! I’m a small b at the Moment and Have been told to have 265/295 with high profile! I’m really worried that this will create a really fake look which I don’t want! Is this always the case with high profile implants or can they look natural? Any pics or tubular post ops would be much appreciated as I’m so worried they r not going to look any different!!!

    High profile implants don’t really give a hugely fake look, they are best for girls with little boobs to start and skinny girls, as the base is narrower, it stops them looking like they take up your whole chest xx

    Oh right ok well I am quite small so I guess that makes sense just worried that as I already have a very narrow base that they will just make it worse! Xxxxx

    It shouldn’t do, most girls iv seen on here with tubular have high profile implants, I think it’s because they project more making them rounder xx
