    Hi Girls, just come out of seeing Dr Traynor and have thought of 100 questions!

    So just got back from my consultation with Dr Traynor and he has offered me 315/385/415/450 OVERS! Natrelles
    Firstly I am 6 stone 13, size 6, 5 ft. 2, like a 30b and want a really natural look. Probably around D. I have always thought I’d be offered unders because I’m small framed but he said I have a good cup size and overs. Does anyone know what determines over/unders?
    Anyone know why the huge jump from 315-385cc?
    Also when I tried on the sizes 385/415 seemed enormous! I looked like a twig with massive boobs. then i put my top on over and they seemed more normal. I had 360-375 in mind but they weren’t offered. How accurate is the fillets in the bra?

    Sorry for loads of questions any help would be great!!!!! xx

    Mr traynor prefers overs. He is also known as the surgeon that prefers the natural look. He did mine I had 385 in one boob and 415 in the other from a B cup I am now measuring a DD feel free to add me and look at my pics. Mine were also overs, I must say I am happy with overs recovery is much quicker and touch wood I haven’t actually experienced any pain in my boobs!
    Not sure why you wernt offered between 315 and 385, maybe he couldn’t be bothered to write them all down lol or thought these sizes were suited to what you were speaking about? I found the bra test with the pc very accurate. I was petrified about going too big and looking false, I am happy with what Iv got and I’m sure I will be extatic when they have settled. Xxx

    Accepted Hun, I am a larger frame than u but you will get an idea what they will look like if you go for the larger x

    im a size 10 and have been offered 385/405 overs. my surgeon wouldnt offer me any bigger. i also wanted the natural look and was told for my frame (quite small) and height (5’5) he said any bigger would look silly on me. i go in on the 27th xx

    Yeah I know! When he said 450 I looked at him in horror haha!! I will not be choosing that size. I think 385 I will go for. My bop isn’t until 26th June xx

    Oh plenty of time for you to choose then 🙂 the main thing with me was looking natural and not stuck on so he advised me to stay smallish lol x

    Sorry Rachel I’m not quite sure who you are speaking to or what you mean in this post?
    But to answer are surgeon consultations informative, yes the are. You have a meeting with your surgeon who offers you sizes etc, informs you of risks/benefits. Tells you if you will needs overs/unders. You then discuss what you’ve talked about with your surgeon, with your PC. When you leave your consultation you think of many questions you forgot to ask, so I posted mine in the forum for the other girls advice and I sent a text to my PC. My PC replied giving me an informed answer so I didn’t feel the need to reply on here. Hope this helps x

    I had Traynor and told him I wanted to go quite big (an f) he offered me upto 560cc xhp and I was quite happy with that but I asked my pic if he would go bigger, she rang him and he said he would try 1 size bigger 615cc. Anyway that’s what I ended up with and I’m measuring 34 e/f right now 3 week post op. if I had 560 what he offered I’d of been even smaller :-/ so I don’t think he would of offered you bigger if you was gonna look big and fake (maybe your ribs are wider). Mine look big when I take a close up pic but if you see me all I don’t think they look big. Think I wanted to look bigger to be honest. I’ve seen smaller girls than me with bigger natural boobs. Just have a really good think cos worst thing is to hose a smaller implant and not get as big as you want. Also if you want to look a d you need to measure bigger with implants so maybe that’s why.

    Most of the girls on here end up with boob greed ehen they choose the biggest size offered and if you chose a smaller size than you was offered will probably be worse if you could have gone bigger but didn’t chose to x

    I hope I don’t end up gutted about size! I don’t meant massive ‘fake looking’ boobs though ad I don’t think it would look right in me. So I didn’t choose the biggest implant as he said he could do it but that doesn’t make it right for me…. although I have seen some fab big boobies on here! Lol yours included charbabe! ! X
