Well I wasn’t told tbh but if you work the cups out mathematically it’s usually about right … But allow about two sizes more for swelling and I didn’t have any idea if go up so many back sizes lol the silly lady in debenhams said u won’t change back just cup . The surgeon on the day said yes you will because they te wider and higher up! I brought a 32 ff and I’m actually in a 36g bra 🙂 and still size. 6 ontop 😀 what size are u having? Il try make a few guesses so u an buy a few to bring:)and what’s your build?xx

My favourite is the m n s zip up front high impact they are £22. Not tried the primark one yet but they will be no good for the first week or so as they go over your head x

I have the tescos ones, can’t beat them for £4 and £6! Really comfy and as so cheap you can buy a few. My surgeon suggested I go up a back size and buy a C cup as I was having 310cc implants. I ended up having 340cc so bought D cup and DD. I’m filling the D cup already! X

I have a macom and an asda seamless sport bra thing. The macom felt so tight for the first week but as soon as swelling went down its actually pretty comfy and does feel like its holding them in all the right places and doesnt irritate scars. The asda one is so comfy but the band at bottom feels loose and doesnt feel like its supporting them much. I have one on and one in the wash. Only 2.5 weeks to go until pretty bras wooo! x

Lottie they are amaze you can wear them under all tops too without looking funny my Tesco one is the high impact one n comes high so no way of wearing it under my vest tops but primark r lower cut. I also tried on primark rock solid sports bra in 34F it was 8 pound n also so comfy. I’ve never tried macom even though I wanted to Mr k wasn’t a fan of them. I got 1 of the net too but that didn’t feel vry supportive xxx

Your bigger by pictures Beckie :)) 😮 I am actually Jelous!. .. But yes by far the best iv found not restrictive so if I stretch due to swelling during the day it’s like it changes sizes coz u buy them in like 8-10 10-12 etc I had to buy 16-18 haha I’m size 6 -8 clothes :)) but it’s like 3-4 sizes in one great for the swelling 😀
