Yeah, I took my dressings off today so that the manky bits could dry out and scab over (sorry its disgusting!) And they do still need to heal a lot but with regards to the size difference issue I’ve been having I think its a lot less noticeable now. I saw Mr Traynor on Tuesday and had a right old cry to him about how upset I was with the result and he told me not to worry, they still have a lot of healing and changing to do, it wasn’t a straightforward ba so its not gonna be a straightforward recovery and he said with an uplift its not always the first op that gives the final result so I just need to be patient. I’m just glad they’re looking more even, I can have a normal shower, I’m not really in pain, my scarring isn’t THAT bad considering what I’ve had done and I can sleep on my side properly not to mention cuddle my kids properly 🙂 of course, this could all change tomorrow and I could wake up completely miserable, hating them and wishing I’d never had it done haha!
