Yes apparently sports bra at night for rest of your life is advised but I proberly wear mine few nights a week … Excersise as far as ba nurse said as soon as u feel quite secure and healed and u are closed up and wearing sports bra or two (her words lol ) so around 4-6 weeks but not sure how u gettin on with tummy etc 🙂 swimming u should be fine I’d say some girls go on holiday like a month after as long as your are closed its all fine :).. Apparently u should b able to wear bras at 6 girls are at 4 but personally for me I think I will be at about 8 I’m slow healer .. At your 6 week check just confirm that u can :).. If your all healed I’d be gettin those two sport bras on lol and any other support garmernts and heading to do light cardio and stuff 🙂 the bath I have no idea coz u have had tummy and stuff … I’m presuming if u have no stitches or too many scabs that can soak off u can 🙂 I’m 2 week po and I havnt showered haha not allowed to until I’m closed !! Ahhh and I don’t think the treadmill will hurt me :)…
