    Ladies im 18 days post op nd my left bpob os still really sore nd tender os this nprmal when I lie dwn it feels funn anyone got advice?? Xxy nd goes rock hard

    It took me a month to feel normal. Everyone heals differently. Mine still get sore if im doing loads of lifting and carrying xx
