hi girls i am currently 36B having 520cc in january, dr traynor told me to go up one cup size and obviously a few sizes for the twins… do you think 38F would be big enough? anyone with similiar stats??Xx

Hey xkay19 I’m also having surgery in Jan currently 36b having 605cc overs was wondering what size bra to get ent got a clue x

I had 605 from 32b and Im wearing 34g now I had to wear 36 g for ages !

hi laura, i seen dr traynor for my pre op on tues and he said extra band size for comfort, and he said the cup size is better to be slightly to big as to not squash ur boobs too much so go bigger! 🙂 he also sed do not waste money on macom n stuff, go for marks n spencer/asda/primark sports bras, preferably that zip up the front!xxx

I was advised by Mr traynor to get a Macom bra. Its really comfortable an fits any size its expands an reduces as the swelling goes down then you can use it for the gym x x

I’m in my macom now. It’s really good cos it expands and shrinks with u..and the band is lower so it doesn’t touch the wounds. I would recommend it 🙂
