    Empty 30E cup having 385cc high profile natrelle soft touch implants, really unsure on what size sports bra to get and recommendations on which is best? Xx

    First op I was a 32b/ 30c I had 380 I for a 34E so maybe a 32FF/34F I got 34 cause the 32 after the op was so uncomfy, and im supposed to be 30, measure 26 underbust xxc

    Are the. Macoms good? And do they tell you at pre op what bra, I tried a 34f yesterday and wasn’t sure coz the back was massive. Xxx

    It depends were they from, I got mine from from Tesco. It’s too big round back now but at time it wasn’t get a 32 but u may need to exchange at time If you swell like I did lol. I’ve never tried macom my surgeon dusnt like them so I didn’t bother xxx

    Ill have a look in tesco. It was a primark one about 8 pound. Ill get a 34 to be sure, yea there’s a lot of mixed reviews. Ill get a 34f then get a better fitting one after. Thank you Xxx
