    hey girls whom have had an open rhino how did u clean the gunk from your nostrils as its seems to have clumped at the end of my nose its dried blood mainly but its sooo annoying i havent been digging just like scratching the surface to release bits of it as it feels compact there so once i clean it the pressure wil stop help me if you can please xxx

    Hi Babe,

    boil some hot water and put a cotton bud in and around it gently… it should help loosen it xx

    hey gab thanks babe will try that and have steam my face as well but that didnt seem to help lool your nose looks wonderful babe xx
