They say 6 weeks but have seen other posts on here with girls saying they have had it a few days after.
I won’t wait 6 weeks I think that’s abit excessive … I guess aslon as you feel ready and its not vigorous ha then it will be ok. I personally don’t feel ready yet but it’s just up to you xx
