Is it from the strapping?
I felt like that yesterday today I am feeling better just sensitive, I have been putting ice on mine a lot when they have felt tight it makes them feel better, do you have any? X

Just spoke to the out of hours nurse and she reassured me it’s normal

It really helps, well has helped me so hopefully you too.
I have just put ice in two seperate bag and then a towel, it feels so nice after a while especially after you feel tight and sore xx

Thanks ladies

I was just scared something was about to explode!

I’m annoyed they only gave me enough medicine for 5 days . Means I have to go to the doctors tomorrow
