Nurse told me 6 weeks for everything but I got bored and went to the gym last week at 3 weeks, didn’t do too much, mostly legs, light arms, abs. I had overs though so I think things are little easier as my muscles weren’t/aren’t effected. Today, at 4 weeks, I had a little jog on the treadmill (very naughty I know) but felt fine. I think you just gotta listen to your body. Double up on the sports bras too for extra support at first. xx
