Hi ladies, just wanted to get some advice from those of you who’ve had their new boobs for a while now. I had my BA in June (over 6 months ago) and was happy with everything until recently when I started to have concerns about my right implant. It seems to sit about an inch lower than my left, and sticks further out toward the side of my torso, like its moved too far down and to the right. The nipple therefore looks very high and there is not much of the implant that sits above it. When I lie down the implant also falls over to the side much more than my left one does.

I know that it can take a lot longer than 6 months for them to fully settle and drop, and by no means am I expecting a perfectly symmetrical pair of boobs, but I am just trying to understand what would be considered as “normal” movement and what I should be worried about! My concern is that if the right one continues to drop and the left one doesnt, that it may be bottoming out which I know can happen. Therefore if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated!

I had 310cc soft touch unders with Mr Kazzazi from a 34a, so not massive heavy implants by any means!

    Thanks ladies

It does sound like bottoming/lateral displacement. I have lateral displacment in both and have bottomed out in one and this is very similar to what I have. Defo talk to your Dr about a pocket adjustment, I doubt it is due to your implant size as when I have mine fixed I have been adviced to go bigger with a pocket adjustment x

Thanks both I appreciate the advice! I will put some pics up later so people can see- its not too bad at the mo but my worry is that my right one may continue to drop so would rather spot it earlier than later.

Beckie- did your re op sort yours? Did you have to pay for it?

Kaydee- when are you having yours fixed?

What’s involved with a re op, is the recovery time a lot less, is it done under general or local anaesthetic etc?

Thanks again much appreciate the advice x

I am just about to upload some pics – you will see that mine are not really really bad, but you can start to notice how one is lower than the other – would appreciate opinions if anyone else has had this too, thanks!

Thanks Beckie, have had a look and it seems like yours started off quite minor too and then continued to change which is what I’m worried about. If they stayed as they are now I wouldn’t be that bothered to be honest but if the right one keeps slipping ill defo have to go back! x
