Mr traynor lol but then again I would say that, a lot of surgeons these days choose unders for unneccesary reasons when overs can give as good and natural result with not as long recovery, most surgeons have a different opinion but all of them as equally expirienced and wouldn’t suggest anything that wudnt work. If Mr T said overs then theres enough tissue there to do so. It’s all down to who you feel you liked the best and comfortable with. I purely say traynor because I’ve not heard 1 bad word about him and he would have been my choice, but my pc only offered me kazzazi, think its cause of were I live I’m closest to kazzazi xx
