    I’m considering having my Vj tightened following my recent baby has anyone had it or heard as to how successful this procedure is?

    Just do pelvic floor exercises!!!

    I am at every moment doesn’t seem to help except avoid a prolapse 🙁

    I’d just give it time and keep doing the exercises cos I had to have surgery down there and I wouldn’t recommend it!!! Ouchie lol x

    Right I think I will stick with the grand canal then and he will just need to get with the new realities lol x

    If your baby was recent, you will still change, mine looked like it had a stroke for about a year after my son, but it is literally back to ore-baby, and now almost six years on, still the same.
    If after a year you think it’s still bad, vj fixing is still free on the NHS, saves a few pennies
    I’m not trying to put you off, it’s your body, but please give it time xx

    Joannabella I know exactly what you mean about the look couldn’t put it better myself didn’t think the Nhs would do VJ stuff that would save a packet dunno how much they charge here on mya
