Is it normal to feel implants moving?! Started by: Kristy Robson

    Did my first zumba class since the op tonight and when we were cooling down and I touched my toes I felt my left implant move and then again when I stood up!!! So scared it’s gonna flip :-0

    Yeah I started Zumba classes and gym again few weeks ago I always feel them move when I do them and also do planking in legs bums an tumz :l it’s normal I think but does feel strange it’s like resting on balloons and I lose balance when I do an excersise haha 🙂 new to strap them up !haha x

    It was just one felt like it was sliding!!! Very weird gonna take some getting used to lol I’ve got my post op with my surgeon next week so I’ll ask him if it’s ok, felt so unfit in class could have gave up half way though lol
