    Hi girls, how do you know what size sports bra to get? Have been told I will be a full DD/e and I’m currently in a 32 back. Also does anyone know how soon to surgery you are told your admission time? Xxx

    I’d go up a back size hun & if you’re getting a Macom get a large if you’re going to be that size as they have 2 levels of hooks n eyes anyway xx

    I’ve been fine hun but my pain thresholds not very good though plus I’m impatient haha, when you having your op? I have lived in my Macom n wore my royce when my macoms being washed, also bought asda n primark sports bras but personally didn’t find them very supportive. The Tesco high impact ones are supposed to be good for a cheaper spare you could try 🙂 xx
