When were you girls able to wear normal bras again? I’m 5 weeks PO and tried some bras on today, I tried a 30F and the cups were small! The assistant recommended that I waited yet as they might change further still!
Just wondering when you girls were told you could start wearing normal ones again as I’m getting bored of sports bras!
After six weeks. I’m not with MYA but MYA patients i think have a six week checkup and are then cleared to wear normal bras.
I’m 10 weeks po and i’m still changing so buy some at six weeks but don’t necessarily spend a fortune as you might need to swap again… Also ensure nothing rubs, as it’s possible you could be completely numb around the scar areas so would not notice if you were doing and damage to yourself and your scars.
