which bra to take surgery day ? Started by: leighxxx

    After your op which kind of bra do you need to come home in and wear for first few days ? One that does up at front or just an ordinary sports bra ? I feel like i dont know anything and the date keeps slowly creeping up on me, im sure ill find out a lot more on my pre op but i want to know now and be prepared haha xxx

    Any sports bra which has a fastening back/front as long as you don’t have to pull it over your head. Also get one size bigger than what size your expected to go up to, to allow for swelling x

    You would be best with one that does up at the front for te start.
    I am six weeks post op and have lived in my macom everyday it is by far the most comfiest I have bought and sits below your scars at night I wear an m&s sports bra x
