Hi I am 7 days post op I had a mastopexy (uplift) and BA with 325cc implants and I have just had my bandages off today. I have been over the moon with my boobs with my plasters on although I have been in a lot of pain and feeling really depressed I keep crying! Today is the first time I have been able to see my new boobs and I am worried about my right breast (I don’t know if I am over reacting because of how I am feeling and all the horror stories I read before my surgery) but my right breast just doesn’t look right it dips in below the nipple just like some of the pictures of a snoopy deformity I have seen. I mentioned it to the nurse when she took my bandages off but she just seemed to shrug it off saying I need to let them heal before I can tell what they are going to look like. Is it too early to tell if I have it because of all the swelling Or am I better of asking for a second opinion?
I feel like I have been on an emotional roller coaster from the start being told I had to have an uplift instead of BA and worrying about the scaring, then worrying about the surgery itself and I read about boobie blues afterwards I just wasn’t prepared for all this I feel like I’m going mad πŸ™ xxx

An uplift will cure snoopy, not create it hunny (snoopy is there to start with, and an uplift will stop the proofy nipples) I promise.
You are very early days, give it time, you could just be more swollen on the one side. If at six weeks you still feel the same, you will have my full support, I have snoopy so know how upsetting it is, I’ll be extremely shocked if it is anything more then swelling xx

Awwww I’m 2weeks post don’t worry about them as they can take months to settle down mine are changing every day and wot you see now they will be better if there not rite then your surgeon will have to sort them out nxt time u see your nurse tell her about wot your worrying about x

I’m three months post op with a second ba, feel free to add me and see what snoopy is hunny. I’m still in sports bra in a hope it may settle my implants down enough so it’s not as obvious, I’ll upload pics I took this morning now. It can take a year to fully see results, but usually six weeks is enough to see a final result of size and shape xx

Thank you both of you I think I’m just over thinking things and getting worked up because of everything else eg: pain, discomfort, lack of sleep etc… Also being the first time I have seen them I don’t know what I was expecting them to look like I think I wanted them to be perfect straight away. Xxx
I pm you earlier @joannabella I hope your feeling better about yours and that you finally have what you want πŸ™‚ xxx
