I finally get to shower tomorrow- 3 effin weeks post op onlyyy I’m so paranoid!! The nurse said I was fully healed Friday but when I got home I had a spot of blood on my macom, the nurse reckons this was because I had an iodine patch on which kept the wound damp so to just let it dry out with a steri strip on for support just incase. But surely if I was healed there shouldn’t have been any blood though rightt?? Xx

im 5 weeks po on wed and still aint showered..its torture my stitches have been taking the piss to heal haha 🙁 hopefully this week!xx

I was allowed mine 10 days and was still flapping it leaked a little so went and see the nurse next day but I was okay. I was so para thinking I wasn’t ready haha x xx

if you have more than one sports bra (as i do) i was so paranoid to shower without it i stayed in the bra in the shower then changed into the other when i dried off, i was so paranoid to dry myself with a towel i got my boyfriend to blow dry my boobs, back and underarms with the cold blowdry function on the hairdryer, it actually did work a treat and the bra with on no problem, make sure u are fully dry before u put the bra back on i made that mistake and the chafing was absolute agony

:O xkay19 how on earth have you coped?! It’s such a scary thought but I should trust the nurse..she said I’m healed? But why the blood?
Hahahaaaha Megan that is hilarious!! I’m waiting for the boyfriend to get back from the gym tonight to blow dry mine now 😉 wish me luck I’m full on preparing myself!! Xx
