    does anyone else get a feeling the skin under their boobs is sun burnt? every time i move or my sports bra moves its like agony.
    have you got any remedies ive taken [painkillers but they dont seem to work 🙁

    thanks babe, i knew they would feel sunburnt but i just wanted to make sure it included the skin below the breast too <3

    Ice packs will help Hun 🙂 rest up and try without your sports bra for an hour to see if it helps. Happy healing xx
