Sports Vests instead of Bras? Started by: Megan

    Hiya guys

    I’m having a lot of trouble with sports bras, i feel like i’ve spent about 3 million pounds (maybe a bit of an over exaggeration) on sports bras and they all rub, not my incisions, by the skin underneath, so much so if feels like i have a blister, do you know if i can wear like a sports vest or t shirt instead of a bra and it will do the same job?

    Babe I have the same problem under my arms with all of mine, put Vaseline on (cheaper than a new bra) it really does work jut dot get it anywhere near your incisions 😉 xx

    Yeahh honestly does the trick, I’ve got sores under my arms so just wack on sudocrem to heal them then Vaseline to act as a barrier, stopping the rubbing xx
