I had surgery 10 weeks ago and thinking of trying for a baby in Summer, but really worried that my new perfect boobies will be ruined afterwards. Please advise me on any of your experiences x
Hey I had my ba just over 16wk ago, I’m 14+3 pregnant, so far they havnt changed too much there abit sore and nipples have changed as they do mostly in pregnancy. They have increased a little in size. Bit nothing major x
I’ve read as long as you wear a really good extra supportive bra 24/7 during pregnancy you will be fine. But again with or without implants changes to the breast are the same but they don’t affect the implant but breast tissue can stretch as Breasts enlarge x
They will chnage alot and wont be anywhere near as pert afterwards, had my son three years after my first ba x
Every woman is different some women bounce back to their pre pregnancy size it all depends on genetics and skin elasticity..I’ve been told avoiding rapid weight gain and breast feeding can help. And also wearing lots support! Enjoy your pregnancy and congrats! 🙂 pregnancy can also give a more natural result too x
Thank you all for replying. I had my first child 5 years ago and only gained a stone and 3/4s and never breast fed as no milk ever came through but my breasts stretched as they were huge compared to normal and left me with empty top halfs.
I guess I was one of the unlucky ones. They were always pert before then. So am worried now as I love these and have finally got some body confidence and worried they’ll look terrible after. Way too much money to be spending again and going through everything again. Would they sag because the implant is over the muscle? I could never bring myself to have an uplift as I don’t want my nipples touching.
Hello. I haven’t had my ba yet however this is one of my doubts And something that I have considered a lot throughout the research process. I hope you don’t mind me joining this post but I would also be interested to know what effects pregnancy has. Happy babymaking and good luck!! Take care x holly x
i also have been considering this ,i have a 12 year old girl from a previous relationship ,iv been with my partner over 6 years he has just had a reversal done nov just gone ,i was going to get my uplift implants done in next couple of months but im thinking id be better trying to have another child first then get them done just incase they go back the same as they are now which is droopy ,plus id just be wasting my money i think ,hmm lots to think about ,xx
If you plan on having children in the next 12months than delay your surgery and have them done when your done having your whole family. However if you plan having kids in few years than I would go for it as you can enjoy your boobs for a few years and maybe even after pregnancy you still will be satisfied it does not necessarily mean you will end up with saggy boobs! If you maintain healthy diet and use the right support the end result will be natrural. The question also is are you happy to be unsatisfied while you wait to complete your family? X
I don’t have any personal experience with this as I’m still waiting for my op, but a friend of mine had her breasts enlarged and 6 month later fell pregnant. Before her pregnancy the implants sat really high but after they looked a lot more natural. However her implants weren’t that big to start off with. I think evert girl will have a different experience. Xxx
Hi. I’m 30 weeks pregnant (surrogacy pregnancy) and 11 months po. My implants are unders. My boobs didn’t change during my previous pregnancies. My nipples get a bit bigger but that’s all and the same has happened this time. I’m taking a pill post birth to stop my milk coming in as that’s when I have a sudden growth and don’t want to risk damaging them. My confidence about my body has been great this pregnancy as my boobs look amazing and fit my body whereas previously I’ve felt mishapened with a huge bump and a flat chest. You know your body and boobs so only you can judge what effects you might face xx
If your boobs were effected a lot during your last preg they prob will be again as your body will react in the same way to the pregnancy hormones. They may drop a little bit from where they are now but that doesnt mean they will look saggy.. it depends on what you define as saggy. If this does occur and you are not happy you may have to consider another BA in the future and possibly an uplift as a BA alone can only do so much, if your sag is significant enough you will NEED to have an uplift or live with the sag. Overs do drop with the breast so if your boobs drop the implants will drop and may appear saggy (think ball in a sock), if you had unders the breast tissue can drop and the implants stay high giving you a double bubble so you cant win either way really!!
