    Hi ladies
I’m 4 days post op and have no pain at all. I am comfortable sleeping on my side. Is this ok or will they move put of place. Can’t sleep on back and naturally turn on side

This is also one of my worries for when I have mine done, I always sleep on my side/front and I don’t use a pillow at all I hate being propped up so I’m so worried! Xx

Any help super experienced ladies. It doesn’t hurt and I just naturally fall that way.
Danielle- get a v pillow it does help. I just keep slipping my shoulder under 1 side and turning my head.

Hey I was told sleep propped up for 7-10 days to reduce swelling, I couldn’t sleep on my side for 3 weeks it really hurt me, I’ve seen girls on here that have slept on there side from 4 days tho x

Oh cool. That makes me feel better. It doesn’t hurt at all, but I only took painkillers for 2 days and mild ones. So hopefully that will mean that I won’t end up with wonky boobs in 6 weeks time.
