    5 days post op and this sports bra is like straight jacket. Can I let them out for a few hours to just breathe or will that send them wonky? Can’t breathe

    I was taking my bra off to breathe for a bit from day two. Ur find u don’t want to do jt or long because u start aching and wanting the support of the bra im six weeks tomoz and its not on mine any harm x
