    Hi Girls,

I have got my op on thursday 28th Feb and am unsure if I have bought the right size sports bra? my nurse told me to buy a couple in different sizes but you can’t take bra’s back so didnt want to have ones that didnt fit! I’m worried the one I have bought may be too tight but dont want to have one that is too big so doesnt support aswell. Any ideas?

    xx

The nurse told me to get a few back sizes bigger so they arent too tight, I think I might get an M&S zip up front one too then I have a big selection and whatever isnt right I can return, will need a suitcase just for all my sports bras next week ha!

I was told to buy 32e and got 34f and and 32f and the 34 was most comfy for the first few weeks then as the swelling went the 32 was better so I’d say buy both x 32e would have sqished the life out if them haha

Ladies, think you’re gonna need a bigger bra! I only had 300cc from 32a and was straight in a 34dd – of anything they’ve got bigger and still fill the bra out. I think you will find c or d too small!!!! Which is a good thing!!! Go up a back size too for comfort and to stop rubbing on your scars – the Tesco high impact ones are good £6 x

Really no0108 I’ve bought a 34dd don’t know if it because of the strapping but its far too big going to take the 32d I got back and change them for 1 36d and 34d may keep the dd incase it does end up fitting 330cc from 34a/aa xx

Kim – maybe the strapping is compressing them?! Although everyone is different -did you have high profile overs? x x

No had left 330cc moderate and right 345cc high profile unders in the end at least I’m sure he said unders will have to conform 2mo xx

Ah, unders are kept down a bit by your muscle to begin with but then drop and get bigger/fluff. Cos I had overs they were big straight away. And your strapping will trap them down even more! x
