Just wondered how long has everyone stayed in sports bras to sleep? I keep thinking about not wearisome now im 6 weeks and when i sleep i manage to make them rub on my incision . But as iv not had my 6 week check yet iv not been able to ask if its ok. So thought id see how everyone else has done it xx 🙂

Hey Hun just put some soft pading under your sports where your incisions are this helped me a lot x

Im with @charlie1 on this one. I was told that even girls with naturally big boobs should wear support at night so I’ll be wearing a sports bra to bed forever. Maybe shop around and try some different ones, they dont need to be expensive, but you’ve spent so much on your new boobies its worth keeping them pert as long as possible.

I was told I’d have to wear a bra 24/7 to support them as im having larger implants. Also I think if you dont wear the support bra for the first 4-6 weeks they can move out of position x

I’m 4weeks post op And I wear mine 24/7 and my chest band too when I take them off I want them back on again you get use them I’m with the other girls I will be keeping mine on for bed forever now I just want to take good care of them x

After reading this I think I’ll wear one forever too – even though I only had 300cc! Not very sexy though is it? The hubby won’t be pleased if he is confronted with the massive white sports bra every night – he moans if I wear pj’s lol x x x
