I think it depends on the size implant you have . I had to have overs or was told I would have a very high risk of double bubble . I had 615cc I think the stress under the muscle would have been painfull for me . Iv had no pain with my overs . Recovery is faster to , unders are surposed to look more natural .xx

U have the same stats as me kelly. I had overs even tho I thought initially that they might look more fake but so glad I chose over the muscle, they look pretty natural.
I saw 4 surgeons, 2 said unders n 2 said overs! Did u ask why they suggested unders/overs?
I have a gap n with unders, for me anyway, it would have become more noticeable and harder to create a cleavage with a bra.. Plus I go to the gym a lot so unders wouldn’t have been the best option for me. I’ll be puttin some more pics on later so. Can ul b able to see how they look at 5 weeks xx

No probs. I was told that when ur lifting weights, there’s a chance that Youd be pushing the implants To the outside of the chest, when obviously u want them to be closer together.. Xx

I always knew i wanted unders.. because they are meant to look more natural… but i think its surgeons choice with a little bit of your own lol.

I had 365 naturelles. Not been measured just yet but fit a 34d xx

I had unders and over and to be honest I don’t notice the difference I go to gym with under did weights no problems. So it all depends on you your body as a Person and I have a lovely cleveage with overs now don’t look fake xx good luck on your choice x
