Hi girls I’m 7 days post op today and I’m still so uncomfortable! Can’t stand for long and everything seems so difficult is this normal? I saw the nurse yesterday and she said all is well, they are very swollen but nothing ab normal. I’m getting little niggly pains now even though I’ve had paracetamol… Is this normal? Just want to feel a little normal again ;( xx

I does get easyier . And I surpose walking it the only exercise you can do to shop you pileing on those bloody pounds .im sure I’m gonna spent the next 8weeks Tring to get rid off .
