    hi, can any1 help where i can get some cheap but decent sports/support bras from that are comfortable perferably with wide bands for the swelling and dressings so it dont rub? ive been looking on internet and now im getting confused as so many choices at what i need to get, i have been advised to get a few different sizes both back and cups, im pre op 32a any suggestions where i can get them from and sizes ? xx

    Hi Hunni m&s do a twin pack for £22 and there really comfy too I was told too get a 34 d as I was going too be a 32d after my op. someone as said tesco do them as well Hunni. Hope this helps

    Buy a extender strap for your bras , swelling go’s down quite quick with some girls , it also means you can buy your normal back size as you will need to sleep in a support bra for up too 6mnths I was told. You can make one using an old unwanted bra . Just cut both back parts off and sow them together. Xx

    I got a post op bra from marks and Spencer’s, about £15. It is cotton so it will let the skin breath, so comfy!! Xx

    thanks ladies ill try m&s ive just seen post op bras in asda for £7 going this weekend to get a few different ones just take them all with me let the nurse decide after xx

    Go to a shopping outlet, loads have bra stores I got 3 shock absorber bra’s for about £21 each xx

    I’ve just been to asda, got a twin pack for £4, should have been £7. They come quite low down so shouldn’t sit on scars z

    Hi Yasmin I’m 10 days PO and live in my tescos one. They do them on line also in more varied sizes if you struggle in store. They’re only £6 and so comfy. I did have the m and s zip up one which is also lovely but I needed one size up and they were out of stock everywhere xxx
