    Hi girls, what sort of clothes did you wear after BA? Will I only be able to wear tops that button or zip up, and if so how long will this be for? I was told I won’t be able to lift my arms for a while so I’m guessing this includes when I get dressed!?! x x

    I lived in my pjs that button up at the front! You will be able to get dressed and in a proper top by day 5-6 I had unders tho! X

    I was told to wear zip-up tops, or ones that undo at the front and told not to lift arms above my head for a week or so after the op. Booked in for the 27th – still need to get some tops and V pillows lol! x

    Avoid anything you have to lift over your head x
