A last minute glitch has seen my surgery move from tomorrow till mid April. Disappointed, but now looking forward to taking my time and getting everything together for what I need to go ahead in a few weeks instead. Everyone at Mya has been fab at trying to sort this out for me, and I am pleased that they take the wellbeing of their clients as priority 🙂

Funny there’s not as many positive stuff put on like when I first joined the forum . It kinda puts ppl off coming . Iv had a realy grate experience with MYA two of my friends have been totally convinced to go with MYA . Will be sending them to Fenchurch st clinic staff there are so nice and supportive. Xx

Hi Em, I’ve got a friend that had hers done with MYA and she’d go through it all again!! She’s been the person who has answered all my questions and she is defo on my speed dial!! I will be going to Preston, and have had my consultations in Manchester. It would have been easy for me to get upset about the postponement, but I believe everything happens for a reason, and of course it means that I can have a glass of vino tonight with dinner!! 😉 xx
Haha loving you positivity to life 🙂 it’s an emotional roller coaster for lots of the girls I no its hard on them , iv loved everything including the week of rest post op putting my feet up was grate. Shopping for clothes is so much more fun than before I’m so much happier and no one notices iv had it done strangely . X

Thanks very much girls, I appreciate all the words of support, and I know it’ll soon be here. I’ve got stuff to do that’ll help it pass quickly, my Son turns 18 at the end of March, and my lovely bf is moving in with me in the next few weeks. I’ll be glad of a few hours rest and a good sleep on the operating table by then!! xx
