Has anyone been to the Fitzroy hospital in London? My surgery date has been moved to the 6th April (two weeks earlier because my original surgery date got cancelled) but means it is no longer at Highgate. I heard Fitzroy is not as good e.g. no private rooms and on a ward instead? I know all the hospitals Mya use will be lovely but any personal feedback of experiences would be great 🙂 can’t believe it’s two weeks tomorrow!!! X
i got my BA in the fitzroy on the 15th April, i hadnt even been aware that MYA used it…2 girls i have spoken to have said it was lovely, im not sure about the private rooms though i hope so! ill google it now! x
Ah good find, that sounds like most are private rooms then, I’m going to ask my PC too, will let you know if any different! Also just accepted you 🙂 x
I had mine there on the 8 th feb its loverly there very clean the rooms were realy nice onsuite was nice . Staff are so nice , plied my sister with trays of tea and biscuits and a lovely lunch for her at no extra cost . For daycase you get a three course lunch for after your op . Love the little lady who takes you in the lift up to your room . So was so kind she took me up to surgery and waited with me as I was last in for my op . Iv got pics of my room in my album just a couple but you can see how nice it was .:) xx
