I had my first visit back at the gym yesterday since my op, im 8 weeks post op, well technically 6 now as i had to go back in after to weeks to be reopened due to seroma, long story,
my scars r fully healed but im scared to go back running incase i injure myself
when did anyone go back running? i went on cross trainer n bikes etc but just dont get a good enough work out from this alone
help any advice wud be very helpful!!
