Hi girls,
Found out today that my admission time on the 2nd April is the unlucky time of……. 2pm (only because its not great for me) but never mind – woohoo! So excited that I have a time and that fab boobs will soon be mine 🙂Has anyone else on here had that admission time? If so what time were you in surgery? What time did you get discharged? Got a feeling its gonna be a late one, but at least I only have 45 minutes to travel home – if my friend can pick me up – either that or its gonna be a battle with transport or a long walk 🙂
I hope the surgeon isn’t knackered after a day of boobies and gives me a face lift instead…

0pHey Misfion ~ found out my admission time today and mines even later (which I don’t mind) and its 4.30pm ~ hope to god the surgeon ain’t gonna be too tired….hahahahaha! But I have been told its an over night stay and have the ex b/f to pick me up at around 9am the next morning. Best of luck with the op on the 2nd thou ~ but isn’t it adviseable you have someone pick you up.. I tried to get my local cab place to pick me up (they are in my road and I use them constantly!) but MYA were very speicific in having someone to take ya home. 🙂 x

I know, I had a similar discussion with the nurse about pick up. I’m only booked in for a day case and my responsible person is going to be pressed for time – everyone else is doing the Easter holiday thing so they will have to kick me out at some point – plus they do say to keep moving right ha ha 🙂 I did ask for an early admission when I knew this might be a problem, but mya have no control over admission times 🙁 xxxkelly82
0pHi misfion, wot hospital you at? I’m at Preston day case on the 2nd, still waiting to here admission time, thought day cases were all early admissions?? Fingers crosse I hear something tomorrow xx

0pHeya Misfion…. yeah I know what you mean about trying to get family or friends to pick ya up….had to resolve to the ex b/f…LOL! Lucky for me we are still great mates. Well I hope your lift home sorts itself out for you… shame its not on the same day as mine, I would have persuaded the ex to do a slight de-tour for ya. 🙂 x
Hi @kelly82 Im having surgery at highgate and have spoken to a few girls who have their times already (due to easter weekend i think). 2pm believe it or not is a day case. Its the last admission time of the day cases. But don’t get me started on that lol. I think i read somewhere that one of the girls was 2pm and didn’t get to leave until gone 10pm 🙁 x
Definitely give them a call tomorrow, they might just have been busy with the easter wkend coming up xxx@Jo Thanks chick, thats such a sweet sentiment, Im sure it will work out on the day somehow… As for my ex, we are best friends now too, I guess I could always ask him to fly back from america, hire a car and pick me up ha ha, he owes me big time anyway 🙂 x

0pI was at highgate and had an admission time of 3, they thought I was a overnight stay, long story! But I was in my room at 3, seen by surgeon, nurse by 3:10, and then taken down at 3:45 then back in room by 4:50!! So all in all pretty quick!! I wasn’t allowed to leave till 9. They said it had to be 6 hours after surgery. Hopes this gives you a rough idea. Xx

0pHahahahahahaha.. the US eh…LOL! Lucky for me my ex still resides in the UK ~ cos he’s originally from Auckland, New Zealand… heh heh heh too funny… Ive actually persuaded him with fosters and a chocolate egg… though he wants the one with jelly tots…..I mean, seriously do they still DO jelly tots????? Gonna be a big hunt for the big fella…LOL! 🙂 x
@Jo Jelly tots!!! Well, I have seen them somewhere but no idea where and I definitely haven’t seen them in an egg – just buy any old egg, unwrap it and if you do find them – throw them in then wrap it up again – My dad did that to my mums egg but in order to steal the chocs inside 🙂 xxx
@Georgina – thanks chick! So despite being late in I might get seen quick. I’ve heard some early admissions hanging round for ages before operating on – seems like an okay play off 🙂 xxx

0pMisfion ~ I know, men and their weird conditions… why couldnt he just settle for an ordinary snickers egg or something… though your idea is pretty good…Mmmmmmm he’s a Kiwi…he won’t notice…Ohhhhhh actually…if I let him drink all the 6 pack of Fosters first ~ by the end he wont care!!! Heh heh heh genius!!! Ahhhh bless him, how on earth did he put up with me for 7 yrs…LOL! 🙂 x
