Usually your surgeon will tell you what is best for you hun. Sometimes you dont get to choose so i would speak to him about it everyone has different opinions iv had over the mucsle and i love them but i know a few people that are against having it over its all down to your body and how much breast tissue you have x

Hi I went up see 3 different surgeons all together 1 surgeon told me over then the other 2 surgeons told me under as I’m petite one of these surgeons told me that going over was not an option I wanted what’s best for me so I’m going with under my advice is to see more than one surgeon x
aww thanks everyone 🙂 I feel better about over the muscle now, I saw one surgeon and he said over and so did my PC, I am yet to go for a consultation with a surgeon at MYA but will be booking this week yay thanks for all your help !! xx
