I know it’s super fussy but I full on hate having cannulas in my hand! I have weirdly skinny hands lol I’m not worried about anything else but I do not want a cannula in my hand! Has anyone else had it on your wrist / forearm? Any where but the hand! X x x

Oh it’s not the best feeling in the world. Especially when you move your hand you can feel it!
So that’s a relief for both of us! Xxx

Yep mine was in the inside of my elbow too. You’ll be fine Hun. They will do what they can to settle you and make you most comfortable. Xx

They couldn’t find a vein in my inside album to start with so attempted my hand but i too have skinny hands and it really hurt, so he stopped saying he didnt want to hurt me and tried again in the arm – finally found it yay! xxx

cannular in my hand would litterally be the one thing that could possibly put me off having the BA done, haha such a wuss, veins scare me and a have veiny skinny hands too so not ideal! haha although funnily enough one of my best mate is a nurse and she always tells me i have great veins for putting a cannular in…..which always makes me feel sick lol! xx
