The higher the projection the higher they will projection out from your chest, although they project further, they aren’t as wide, your surgeon will have advised the projection in your case extra high based on the look and size you want along with your body type and shape!:) so basically a low projection might be 13cm wide and 4cm deep where as the same cc implant in an extra high might only be 11cm wide and 5cm deep ( not real figures simply just an example) if you were to ask to see he actually dimensions you will see there is very little In it from one projection to the next tis more based on the surgeons recommendation.
