Hi,

How long does it normally take for your PC to get back to you after you’ve contacted her? I sent mine an email on Wednesday morning about wanting to arrange an appointment with another surgeon and have heard nothing back. Have called her office number with no answer and also sent a text but nothing.

I’m stressing slightly because my window of opportunity to have my rhinoplasty done is very small due to work so I’m really keen to get a date booked in. If I miss this window then I have to wait till next year!

Any advice would be great!

Have you spoke with reception to find out where she is? I know that one of the girls has been off for her ba but normally when they are away they are to put an out of office reply on emails.
You could always ask to speak to her boss if they aren’t getting back to you. Each clinic has someone in charge of the pcs, fenchurch is Pamela and she is really helpful. Or you could change pcs, another would happily take it for the commission 🙂
They won’t be in over the weekend but keep trying monday, they can be pretty elusive xxx

Hi,

Thanks for the reply – I’ll try the Reception first thing Monday. I would have thought that if she were out of the office then they should have to put it on their emails. Wish me luck!

They are supposed to. I had problems tracking mine down but don’t mind so much now. Good luck gal 🙂 xxx
