I have had 415cc unders and I’ve heard that implants, particularly unders tend to fluff in the weeks following the operation.
What does this mean?

Its when the implants settle into their new home 🙂 so to speak lol
Not everyone has this but some do they can end up bigger aswell with fluffing
So all it is. Is when your implant settles x
