    Just wondering how long did everyone wear a sports/support bra at night for? I’m only 2 1/2 wks post op and its driving me crazy wearing a bra 24/7! I read somewhere that some girls continue to wear bras at night for months after surgery! Not sure i can cope with it for that long!!

    Hey huni this sports bra thing will get easy when your swelling has gone down Then it becomes coumfy im 14 weeks post op and I always wear mine for bed and just hanging about inn x

    Also they will stop your boobs from drooping and going saggy i was told, im only 2weeks post op it can be annoying coz im used to not wearing a bra for bed but im kind of getting used to it x

    Suppose I just gotta get use to it then 😉 I just feel so restricted and my skin feels so itchy! And it always (like many things) seems worse at night! X

    I no i find the seems on the sports bra kind of hurt my boobs even though its not that tight maybe this is just due to them being really sensative at the moment x

    The itchyness is due to your skin stretching huni rub E45 in to them help loads with mine it’s worse at nite becoz your relaxing and more aware of it x
