Hello girlies, well had my op on monday at first trust hospital! The staff were amazing and so friendly! I got there for 7.25 and was shown straight to my room. The nurse and resident nurse came to see me, got given my paper knickers and gown! Then helena my surgeon came to draw on me, said she will be ready in about 20 mins or so! The anaethetist came asked a few questions then it was time to go!
At 9.05 i was in theatre talking to the nurse about holidays the canular didnt hurt but felt my whole body ache so knew i would be asleep any second! I then remember coming round and telling the nurse i will ‘bum shufflr’ onto the bed!
When i came round properly i finally saw my new boobs!! Absolutely love them!! I had drains in so didnt get let home till 5.45 but girls honestly i didnt feel anything when the drains came out just an odd feeling no pain!!
In the past 2 days since i have been quite stiff and achey but they aint sore, my left boob is making lots of funny movements (think its the air escaping around it)
Get my strapping off Monday and cant wait its making me so itchy!!
All in all so happy and cannot wait for my boobie journey to continue! 😀
