Hey rachelH, I was feeling exactly the same as you after sleeping upright for a week and a half , I was feeling so low through lack of sleep then had lots of mouth ulcers as my immune system had crashed because i wasnt sleeping and generally feeling crap! My back was also done in through sleeping upright and couldn’t stand up properly for longer than 10 mins and had to get a sports massage guy to come and sort my back out! I was on the edge and even started to regret surgery! However, I’m now 3 weeks and honestly I’m sleeping fine and if it doesn’t hurt too much I’ll sleep on my side. It honestly will get better Hun so hang on in there 🙂 . Have you got a V shape Pillow? They really help with sleeping upright. Good luck Hun xxx

Yea bottom of my back is sore from sleeping upright. How long do u have to do it for? Xx

Omg that’s what I kept doing too kept repeating myself! Woke up and said are they done then kept asking my size! I think I had partial overs that’s why can feel the bottom more! Il have to see on Friday when get the bandages off xx

Girls are you ment to sit up sleeping in bed or is it ok to lay down? Last night I layed!!! X

Ohh hun soooo so worth it promise, you soon forget about all this pain & discomfort after the first week then from then on its like an extremely distant memory so try not to let it get you down, keep reminding yourself how amazingly you’re doing..chin up lovelies just imagine those breasties in beautiful underwear & bikinis & tanned & pert & beautiful & in the very near future 😉 xxx

make sure you drink loads of water eat lots of fresh food and have some consipation pills in just incase , there will be a bit of exses air inside you from the pushing and shoving to get the implants in aswell lol but i will settel x

I sit up right but bum is numb! I’m 5 days post op today xx

My worst days were 3&4 Faye. I’m 5 days post op now and hopefully got over the worst
