Want to get prepared having day surgery I thought v pillow, sports bras, loose fitting tops anything else? X
Arnica cream for bruising, lactulose for the effects of general anaesthetic, dry shampoo or book a wash and blow dry 4/5 days post op, ibuprofen for the swelling and pain relief and ice/heat pack for the itching/sore stage 🙂
