how hard it is to find bras! so far i have been a 34dd, 34f, 30ff, 32f it is a joke after going to so many places i went in to boux avenue on friday and explained how hard i am finiding it to find bras that fit me now, she told me not to worry and that she would find me something, after 6 bras she said “sorry we just dont have anything for you”
    AMAZING.
My problem is, is that i have a wide breast bone and im also very deep so everywhere i go they insist on putting mt in balconets and they dont sit on my body properly, anyway i went to bravissimo on saturday and AMEN ive found 2 bras that fit in a 32ff. x

Hi Hunni I was told off by my Surgon at my 12 weeks check as he said I was wearing the wrong size bra. I told him I’d been mesuared and this is what they told me too wear I mesuared 30e but they don’t do them that size so they told me too wear size 32dd/e. he said no they are used too fitting natural girls not girls like us he said I was too wear a 34 back slack round the back tight on the straps that’s what he said. He said try dd/e/f/g see what u feel fits you right. So confused.

I went marks ad Spencer’s to simply try a few on myself yesterday to try and a similar to he o e I have now due to being asymmetrical I have to take padding out of one side and fill the other I wear a 32DD and some lady told me it was all wrong and I should be wearing a 36B as a 32 was far to snug I tired it on and thought ok she’s the professional but it was stupidly lose and barely covered my nipes so I walked out of there In a sulk and tried Debenhams to be told I am a 30e/f! Which I actually found 30 comfy but found the e fit my bigger bob perfect instead of bulging out but was ridiculously too big the other side so I’m sticking to the smaller and taking padding out! It’s such a horrible experience I hope its better after my op! I came out crying I the end without a bra as I just can’t get one to fit! But it just goes to show marks and Spencer’s told me I should be wearing a back size 6 inches bigger than Debenhams! Debenhams laughed when I to them ‘she said you wear a size 8 and have a tiny chest bone and a little set of robs with petite shoulders there is no way you’re a 36 you can tell that just by looking at you! It’s soo frustrating!

God it sounds frustrating. Just doesn’t seem consistent from shop to shop does it! Xx

I posted about the exact problem last week.
Francesca’s i was told the same as you. I was wearing a new 32 f bra and my surgeon said no it’s not right, it is no good being measured and they fit you too snugly in these shops. So i listened to his advice and i have since changed to a 34 dd and it’s much comfier to wear.
I don’t think after 3 measurements all at 32 f, one a 32 e i am going to listen anymore and feel uncomfortable.
So yesterday i just tried lots on and got it right myself. I also have it slack across the back but the straps tighter to lift my breasts.
Makes sense really. I have been so fed up being disheartened in the shops that they had nothing for me.

    xx

I wouldn’t trust M&S measuring. I got measured by a lady and she told me I was between a B & C (I went from a 32A with 415cc) which I thought couldn’t be right. I then got remeasured at other shops and was told I’m a 32D/DD which actually fits! Seems to really vary from shop to shop! xx

Yeah I know, I would definitely recommend bravissimo though as they don’t measure you with a tap measure, they just find the bra that fits you x
